A tired laundry inside an attached garage in West Melton needed a full reset to boost storage and improve usability. The brief: replace all joinery, integrate the washing machine, and deliver a splashback for wall
What We Did
We installed a fully customised Melteca suite with a tiled splashback and full plumbing/electrical services.
- Installed a Mercer Pressato sink with Adesso Mode mixer.
- Fabricated a custom Melteca benchtop.
- Built a tall double-door storage unit with Melteca shelving.
- Constructed a custom sink cabinet.
- Added end panels to frame the existing washing machine.
- Tiled a 300 mm splashback.
- Fitted customer-supplied Sylvan handles.
Results
- Delivered for $7,578.26 (incl. GST).
- Replaced all joinery and added tall storage.
- Concealed all service penetrations—no plastering required.
- Achieved a crisp, practical laundry suited to garage use.
